Personal Brand Session: Cheryl Evans, Keller Williams Real Estate Agent | Prairie Village, KS
Any time a new business owner inquires with me about Brand Photos, I get excited.
Of course, yes, because I love taking photos and spending a day with my camera.
But mainly because their energy is so big, they’re excitement is so high about their new business venture, it’s contagious.
This is exactly how I felt chatting with Cheryl Evans.
Cheryl is a military spouse whose husband recently retired from the Marines (Semper Fi, ya’ll). After years of moving and buying and selling homes, they decided to settle down and plant roots in the Kansas City area. Cheryl knew her extensive experience with buying, selling, packing, moving and unpacking could come in handy, so she decided to become a Licensed Realtor.
Now, this struck a very special cord with me. You see, not 2 years before this, at the height of the chaotic housing market, The Hubs and I decided to sell our first home, the one we refinished almost completely, the one we poured our souls into, the one we brought our daughter home in and were in when we held 2 of our 4 elderly pups as they passed away.
There were so many memories tied to this home. For me. For him. For our daughter.
While it was so very hard, we knew it was the right thing for our family. And we had the most absolutely perfect Realtor to help us walk through it. We ran into some unexpected things while buying our new home and our Realtor was a God-send, walking us through every messy part.
Cheryl had a plethora of life experience and I knew she could help her clients the way our Realtor helped us. I could not wait to help her create a library of custom images to reach her ideal client.
We made our plan, emailed, texted and called and on the day of our shoot, we got to work.
Of course it had to be one the hottest days of the whole summer, but we made it.
And the outcome? Absolute perfection.
When I delivered Cheryl’s gallery, she sent me this text (yep, I screenshot it):
Well then, my work here is done.
I can’t wait to see where Cheryl takes her Real Estate business and to see all the clients she helps. It will be epic.
